Oracle guidelines

To access the Oracle Corporate System (OCS):

  • Logoff the network and then log back on to ensure your account is updated
  • Select the Windows Start Button
  • Select Start > Corporate Programs > SAH Applications > Oracle Corporate Systems
  • User Name = Network Login ID (HAD ID)
  • Password = Windows Network Password

1. Both your network and Oracle accounts must be accessed at least once a month to ensure that they are not registered as 'Unused Accounts'.

2. Your Oracle access is removed after 4 months of inactivity.

Oracle Assist is an internal e-Library resource for SA Health Employees using the Oracle platform. To locate Oracle Assist search 'Oracle Assist' on the SA Health intranet.

You have been granted access to Basware. 

  • Log in to Basware with the Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome web browser.
  • Enter the Basware URL
  • The first time you login to Basware, you will be directed to the Sign In page.
  • Enter your HAD ID in ‘Sign In’ box using the format ‘HAD\HAD ID’. E.g. HAD\JBLOGG01
  • Click on the ‘Continue’ button and you will be logged into Basware.

The first time you access Basware - a tutorial will launch, which you can either review or skip by clicking on the ‘skip tutorial’ button in the top right-hand side of your screen.

Access the Basware Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), these are also linked within Basware and are accessible on the Home Tab.
